Yes, if you are a registered patient with us, are over 18 years of age and are living in our catchment area. We are currently waiting for national guidance on this, but at the moment, this is our policy.
We do NOT register under 18's for online access.
If you and your partner are registered, we recommend individual email address to avoid breaching confidentiality.
How do I register for this Service?
Come in to the Practice and fill in a quick consent form, or download a consent form to bring in to us.
Also bring some photo-ID for us to verify who you are. We will then email you the access details.
Why can I no longer book appointments online?
This can happen if the system thinks you have had more than 3 'DNA's' (Did Not Attend) in the last 12 months. Even if you call us to cancel on the same day as your appointment, the system logs this as a 'DNA'. If this has happened to you and you don’t think this is correct, please send us an email.
Why are there no appointments for Doctors online?
We are a nurse-led practice and this means a nurse will see you first and decide how best to proceed - this may mean referring you to your registered GP if needed. If you would like to book an appointment with your registered GP for a referral for example, or a follow-up appointment, please ring the surgery on 01273 249049 during our opening hours.
I have forgotten my login details, how do I recover them?
