Am I eligable to use this service?
Yes, if you are a registered patient with us, are over 18 years of age and are living in our catchment area. We are currently waiting for national guidance on this, but at the moment, this is our policy.
How do I register for this Service?
Come in to the Practice and fill in a quick consent form, or download a consent form to bring in to us.
Also bring some photo-ID for us to verify who you are. We will then email you the access details.
I have forgotten my login details, how do I recover them?
Simply click on the appropriate link on the login screen - 'Forgotten Username' or 'Forgotten Password'
Why do my Repeat Prescriptions not show up?
This could be because they reached their maximum issue level or they may not have been released for Repeat issue by your GP. Please call us on 01273 249049 or come in and speak to us - you can also email us at email@example.com. Some types of medication require that you have a phone or face-to-face consultation in order to be renewed - 'The Pill' for example requires BP to be taken with the nurse.
