Data Collection opt out

Data will normally be collected and used for research and planning for National Health care needs by the NHS.  This information is always anonymised, meaning no patients can be identified from the data.

You can opt out from having your data used by the NHS but the process has changed as of October 11th 2018.  Patients wanting to opt out now need to  go to the 'Your NHS Data Matters' website - NHS - Your NHS Data Matters

You no longer need to let us know about wanting to opt out from this collection service, as we are unable to affect this change any more.
